DOT PHYSICAL EXAM
A complete physical exam to assess the ability of the driver to safely drive. The exam includes a full physical screening: vision, hearing, blood pressure, physical, reflexes, urinalysis. The exam is performed by a FMCSA Certified Provider.

Taylor Wallace, APRN
Taylor is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As an RN, he practiced in local emergency rooms for nearly seven years before transitioning to a nurse practitioner. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, Taylor has practiced in the urgent care setting beginning in early 2018. Taylor enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Razorbacks. He lives in Cabot with his wife and two kids.
Seth Weisheit, APRN
Seth is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He has over a decade of urgent care and ER experience as a medical professional. The highlight of his career was working in the fast-pace and high-pressure emergency room of AdventHealth of Orlando, the nation's largest hospital. Seth is an avid boater and SEC football fan. He lives in Benton with his wife & daughter.
