OUR STORY
The Peak Health and Wellness story began after years of dreaming that we would someday open our own clinic. As young medical professionals, we worked together in emergency rooms and urgent care clinics as we honed our patient care skills.
We both have personal connections to multiple services that we now provide, and that's why we feel so passionately about helping others find the right medications to live healthier, happier lives.
Peak Health and Wellness has two clinics. Our first clinic opened in Cabot in May 2023 while the Benton clinic opened in September 2024.

OUR PROVIDERS
Taylor Wallace, APRN
Taylor is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As an RN, he practiced in local emergency rooms for nearly seven years before transitioning to a nurse practitioner. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, Taylor has practiced in the urgent care setting beginning in early 2018. Taylor enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Razorbacks. He lives in Cabot with his wife and two kids.
Seth Weisheit, APRN
Seth is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He has over a decade of urgent care and ER experience as a medical professional. The highlight of his career was working in the fast-pace and high-pressure emergency room of AdventHealth of Orlando, the nation's largest hospital. Seth is an avid boater and SEC football fan. He lives in Benton with his wife & daughter.
